Felt Coaster Class with Jennifer Angelo

Discover the art of wet felting in this hands-on workshop with fiber artist Jennifer Angelo. Perfect for beginners or anyone curious about exploring a new medium, this two-hour class will introduce you to the fundamentals of this ancient fiber art while guiding you step-by-step through the process of creating four handcrafted felt coasters to take home. Street parking available.

Jennifer Angelo brings more than 15 years of felting experience, having first learned the craft while living in New Zealand. With her patient instruction and welcoming teaching style, you'll gain the confidence to continue exploring felting long after the workshop ends.

Students need to bring:

• 3 towels (1 large, 2 medium sized)

• Scissors

• Yarn, silk scraps that can be used on your coasters depending on thickness

• A kitchen size plastic trash bag for taking home wet towels and your coasters

• Drinks/snacks

• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes

• Apron is optional but recommended
