The MKE Studio Tour is a free, self guided event that invites the public into approximately 20 working artist studios and galleries throughout Milwaukee County, featuring over 50 artists. The Studio Tour is a driving tour that allows visitors to explore studios at their own pace and in their preferred order, creating a personalized and immersive experience. By opening their workspaces to the public, artists offer an intimate glimpse into their creative process while strengthening connections between makers and the neighborhoods in which they live and work.

The purpose of the MKE Studio Tour is to foster curiosity, connection, and community pride by bringing people together around creativity, local culture, and the delight of handmade art while promoting both emerging and established fine craft artists.
